You must RSVP by Monday the 8th. Volunteer Tax Assistance** Vincennes University Accounting students are preparing TAX RETURNS for area residents and students. The program is free and is part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. It runs through March 5th and appointments are required by calling 888-5295. Pike County Library System** The Pike County Library is now accepting homemade VALENTINE CARDS for delivery to shut-ins and nursing home residents. Cards will be accepted through February 10th at branches in Petersburg, Otwell and Winslow. For details call 354-6257.
